How do I access courses?

In order to access all available courses you need to register with us. You can register with e-Academy free of charge by clicking on the ‘Register’ button at the top right corner of the page.

After you complete your registration, you will be able to sign up for courses you want to take by going to the ‘Courses’ page and selecting the course that interests you. On the main course page you will see a brief description of that course and a ‘Take This Course’ link. By clicking this link you will gain access to the content for the relevant course.

Why do I get an error message when I try to register ?

To register with e-Academy you need to provide us with a valid username, e-mail address and password. For your username you need to use one word and it can not be your e-mail address. For example, you can use your nickname as your username or enter your name and surname without a space in between.

Why my account has been suspended?

At Academy we offer free online courses to individuals interested in gaining further education about sustainability and green living.

If you decide to use our educational platform for business related purposes your account will be suspended and you won’t be able to take any of our courses.

Please note that you are not allowed to:
1). choose business related nickname / display name,
2). enter into your profile any business related information as well as web links to external sites offering products and services of any kind.

How do I reset my password?

To gain easy and quick access to e-Academy remember to save your password on the computer you use to access it. However, if you forget you password you can recover it (or change it) by clicking on the ‘Sign in’ button at the top right corner of the page. Then click on the white and black gear icon to activate password recovery mode.

How do I navigate through course lessons?

You can easily access all lessons, either from the main course page or by clicking navigation arrows located above the list of lessons.

How do I mark a lesson as completed?

All lessons that you’ve finished studying need to be marked as completed by clicking on the ‘Mark Complete’ button in the course navigation bar located above the list of lessons.

How do I access module quizzes?

In order to access module quizzes, go to the ‘Check your knowledge and understanding’ page of that module and click on the ‘Take a Quiz’ button above the list of lessons and to the right side of the navigation bar.


How do I access my certificate of completion?

In order to access your certificate of completion, you need to mark all lessons as completed and pass all module quizzes, as well as a final quiz. Once you’ve accomplished that you will see  a new ‘View Certificate’ link on the main course page. Your certificate will be in an electronic version (there is also an option to print it). Please note that your username will be shown on the certificate as your full name. If you used a nickname as your username, you might like to change it to your full name before saving or printing your certificate.

How do I share my successes with OGF and other learners?

How do I inform OGF about broken multimedia links?

Some of our courses rely heavily on external resources. We do our best to keep our content up-to-date, but if you notice that some of the resources are not available any longer, please let us know about it by sending us an e-mail to: with information about the course / module and lesson where the resources is no longer available.

At Our Greener Future we offer many interesting work experience opportunities. If you are passionate about environmental sustainability and would like to become a volunteer, please visit our ‘Become a Volunteer’ page.
